📦 Orders
I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
An order confirmation is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first.
If you still cannot find it, email service@outfitparty.com with your full name and the email address used at checkout. We will help locate your order and resend the confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request a cancellation or change within 8 hours of purchase. Email service@outfitparty.com immediately and include your order number and the requested change.
Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after the 8-hour window or once production has started. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been handed to the carrier.
How can I check or track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number or tracking link. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier's system to display movement after tracking is issued.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries and regions. Enter your address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges for your destination.
If a carrier restriction prevents delivery to your address, we will contact you to arrange an available alternative or refund the affected order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders require 3–6 business days for production and processing before shipment. Transit time depends on the destination and carrier.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I have not received my package. What should I do?
Please check around the delivery location and ask household members, neighbors, or building management whether they accepted the package. Then contact the carrier for delivery details.
If the package is still missing, email service@outfitparty.com with your order number and tracking number so we can help review the shipment.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Sizing
What is your return and exchange policy?
You may request an eligible return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and components.
Contact us before sending anything back. Returns mailed without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for complete eligibility requirements and instructions.
What if my item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing?
Email service@outfitparty.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, where relevant
Once the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional shipping cost to you.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on the product page before ordering and compare the measurements with a similar item you already own. Product fits may vary, so please use the measurements rather than relying only on your usual size.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible, unworn items may qualify for a standard return or exchange.
In most cases, we can offer a size reship service that lets you keep the original item and purchase the same design and color in a different size for a reduced reship fee. Eligibility and the applicable fee will be confirmed by our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and available express checkout options. Available methods may vary by country or device.
Do you offer free shipping or discounts?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $89 or more. When an order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.
We may also offer seasonal promotions. Current offers will be displayed on the website and are subject to their stated terms.
