Thank you for shopping with OutfitParty. This policy explains where we ship, how long orders typically take, and what to expect after your order is placed.

⏱️ Order Processing

Most OutfitParty items are made to order. Please allow 3–6 business days for your order to be produced, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during holidays, major promotions, or new collection launches.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time is the processing time plus the carrier's transit time.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

💳 Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Rates may vary based on destination, package weight, and the shipping method selected.

🌍 International Orders, Customs, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge and are the recipient's responsibility.

OutfitParty does not control these charges or customs processing times. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before placing an order.

If a carrier restriction prevents us from shipping to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative where available or issue a refund for the affected order.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number or tracking link. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier's tracking system to display movement.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation and tracking number.

📍 Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address and contact details carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request a change, contact us within 8 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

OutfitParty is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or if your package is past the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will help you review the shipment with the carrier.

For a package marked as delivered but not received, please first check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. Then contact us promptly so we can assist with the available next steps.
